Many of the City's jobs are in the classified service and require Civil Service testing. The Civil Service Office is located at City Hall.

Advertisements for upcoming exams appear in the Medina Gazette (Tuesdays only) and are also posted on the bulletin board outside the Civil Service Office.

Civil Service Commission Interest Inventory Form

If you are interested in being notified about a particular exam, you may submit a completed Interest Form to the Civil Service Office and a notice will be mailed to you prior to the exam.

Please note, you must always come to the Civil Service Office to complete an employment application and register prior to any exam you wish to take. Registration will not be taken over the telephone.

Hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
