Ward 1 Councilman Chuck Ricco was elected to office in 2008. Currently Mr. Ricco serves as chairman of the Services, Utilities, Cable and Technology Committee and serves as a committee member of the Parks & Recreation, and Building and Building Code Committees.

Mr. Ricco has a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology from Cleveland State University and Business Administration degree from Cuyahoga Community College. He is working as a computer programmer, and is always looking for new ways to simplify complex tasks with the use of modern technology.

He has been married to Misty since June, 2003, and has two beautiful children, Adam and Allison.
