| Ab Cardio | Complete abdominal workout. Concentrates on core, upper, sides and lower abs. Combination of ab mat work and cardio for abs. |
| Boot Camp | High intensity for maximum results. Alternative variations for movements based on beginner to advanced levels. Combination of cardio, strength training and body sculpting. Class is designed to burn 800-1000 calories when completed at advanced level. |
| Cardio Cycle | Easy-to-follow Hi-Low cardio is an A-1 calorie burner. |
| Cardio Mix | This vigorous class combines the perfect mixture of cardio, sculpting, and floor work. The class will start out with 35 min of varying cardio methods, followed by strength exercises and ending with mat/floor work. Get your total body workout in this hour long class. |
| Cardio Pump | This cardio class consists of various stations working both the upper and lower body. |
| Cardio Sculpt II | A weight-based class (using light weights and many repetitions) incorporating 0-momentum, total body sculpting. Your heart rate will go up in this class as you continuously move throughout the weight segment. Floorwork includes weight and abdominal work, and a final, soothing stretch. |
| Fusion Plus | Controlled, strong movements are Pilates-based. Weights and balls are added to increase the strength and balance challenge. Yoga moves are intertwined. Floor work is Pilates-based and focuses on the core. Learn to move well, without the wasted energy of momentum, and still sweat. |
| Pilates | This class focuses upon agility, flexibility and balance, while achieving core strength and longer, leaner looking muscles. Awareness of the spine and proper breathing are emphasized. Light weights are frequently incorporated for an increased challenge. Please bring your own mat. |
| Sculpting with a Twist | This low weight, hi-rep workout builds muscle and tones without bulk. Proper mechanics are emphasized and be prepared to work into your target heart rate zone. Total body movements are incorporated for a balanced workout. |
| Simply Sculpt | A resistance training class focusing on form, repetition and overload necessary for firming up every part of your body. |
| Toning Cardio | Total body toning, strength training, plyometrics and cardio. This class fuses many workouts into a one hour class. |
| Vinyessa Yoga | Vinyessa means "breathe synchronized movements". Poses will flow from one position to another in this moderate level class. Relaxation at the end. Please bring your own mat. |
| ZCTC Interval | ZCTC stands for Zumba, Cycle, Tone, & Core. All or these elements will be incorporated into classes for a challenging workout. Enjoy an upbeat, ever-changing class that gives you the total body workout you’ve been looking for. |
| Zumba | Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a high-energy, dynamic workout. Ditch the workout and join the party with this fun and addictive class. Class is located in the Multi Purpose Room. |
