(Low Impact flexibility training)
The goal of this class is to improve mobility using water exercises which aid balance, endurance, strength and range of motion. Individuals anticipating joint surgery will enjoy activities which support their preparation and compliment re-hab. Arthritis patients will enjoy camaraderie with classmates who are experiencing similar symptoms while working on their mobility and flexibility.
$45 for members, $55 for non-members.
