The Division of Streets drive pipe replacement program is in effect from the beginning of April through the end of September. It is the City’s policy to replace driveway culverts after the city sizes the pipe and the homeowner pays for the pipe and material. Installation is done by the Division of Streets at no additional cost to the homeowner. The City will make the necessary installation and replace a concrete apron with concrete and an asphalt or gravel apron with asphalt.
