The City of Brunswick’s growing commercial base offers retail storefront multi-tenant space in eighteen different shopping plazas and centers. The city offers available high profile out-lots for stand-alone stores; professional and office multi-tenant space in desirable locations; an occasional freestanding building for sale; and buildable commercial land available from private owners, as part of the fluid stock of commercial opportunities.
The city is proud of the 107-acre Brunswick Town Center project, which includes a mixed-use of both commercial and residential development. The Town Center incorporates Home Depot and Giant Eagle as its anchors, and a charming Main Street is lined with small specialty shops.
