Online Refuse & Stormwater payment

The City of Brunswick utilizes a refuse and stormwater electronic payment system, Nexbillpay. Residents who register on the Nexbillpay portal can pay their refuse & stormwater bills anytime, day or night.

To register click on “SIGN UP NOW!” and create a new user account on the Nexbillpay website. Once you have registered on the Nexbillpay website, you can attach/link your applicable refuse/stormwater billing account(s) by using your account number(s).  You can attach multiple account numbers, if you own more than one property.  Once your account numbers are linked to your Nexbillpay user account, you can also make payments with either a credit card or electronic check. E-checks do not have any additional transactional costs assessed to the customer.  However, credit cards will have an additional 2.55% charge, with a minimum $1.50 fee, applied to their balance and collected by the processor.

The City of Brunswick and NexbillPay, are in the process of discussing additional features and information to the portal to improve your experience and information. We will continue to work with our software vendor and the new online payment provider to provide the best possible service and features as they become available from our vendors.
