Slip-lining
Stormwater pipe repair work will occur for roughly 90 days beginning on 8/13/2025. Slip-lines will be installed as needed on Charlotte Dr., Pearl Rd., Twain Cir., Western Reserve Dr., and Lares Ln. Insight has been contracted to complete the work and will notify homes in the work areas by hanging informational flyers on their front doors.
Randall-Sheri-Rose Project
The Randall-Sheri-Rose Project started on June 27. The first step is sawcutting. Resident notices were passed out the morning of June 26. All work is on Randall Drive, Sheri Drive, and Rose Drive.
Catch Basin Repairs
Traffic delays are expected on South Carpenter from Monday 8/11/2025 to 8/21/2025 due to catch basin repairs. Flaggers and police will on site to control traffic during work hours.
2024 Concrete Program
The contracting company that is completing the work on Van Buren Drive mobilized on May 13, 2025. This project is carried over from the 2024 Concrete Repair Program.
2025 Asphalt Program
Specialized Construction, Inc. has been selected to perform the work. Weather dependent, the project will last from April 2025, until late July 2025. The safety of the public and construction workers is of the utmost importance during the construction of the project. Brunswick Road Construction:
The City of Brunswick alternates asphalt construction and concrete construction by ward annually. This strategy ensures that each ward receives attention and reduces overall costs by localizing work zones. Once project parameters are determined, the City will request bids and Council will approve the contractor.
