Breezeline delays repairs to local channels
Breezeline assured us over a month ago that our signal issues would be resolved by today, 7-31-2026. Breezeline has not offered any explanation why the repair has not been completed. The improvement would reach far beyond Brunswick and Brunswick Hills Twp, as the repair would improve our signal to all Breezeline Stream TV customers in the region. (Amherst, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Berea, Brook Park, Brooklyn, Cuyahoga Heights, Fairview Park, Garfield Heights, Independence, Linndale, Lyndhurst, Maple Heights, Mayfield Heights, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, North Royalton, Northfield, Northfield Center, Oberlin, Parma, Parma Heights, Shaker Heights, Sheffield Lake, South Amherst, Strongsville, University Heights, Valley View, Vermilion, Westlake, Wickliffe, Willowick)
If you or anyone you know in these areas has Breezeline Stream TV and does not receive our channels 9004 and 9005 with a clear signal with synchronized audio, please know that the Ohio Department of Commerce has three ways to file a complaint. You may email VSA@com.ohio.gov, call 877-207-2225, or submit details online at https://com.ohio.gov/…/video-service…/cable-complaint.
Content on the Brunswick Area Television public channel is created through the hard work and dedication of your neighbors, your churches, our community! We are grateful for our volunteer’s efforts. BAT’s Government programs include meetings and informational programs. Your stories, concerns, accomplishments, and this form of government transparency need to be accessible to everyone.
Brunswick City Council and Brunswick Hills Trustees have been notified of the ongoing issue, and we have contacted the Video Service Authorization Program with the Ohio Department of Commerce.
