Brunswick’s tornado warning sirens act as an additional warning system, beyond the City’s primary alert system, CodeRED.
The tornado sirens are scattered throughout strategic locations in Brunswick and Brunswick Hills Township. Unlike CodeRED calls, the sirens are used only in the event of a tornado.
Siren testing is performed on the first Saturday of every month at noon.
